Submersible Mixers

SCM Submersible Mixers are products of long experience and can be used in tanks of any dimension and geometry.
These mixers are heavy-duty units with propellers of two or three blades, a self-cleaning profile and high-quality materials; which give long-life and reliability in the extreme conditions. SCM Mixers also have high hydraulic yield for a significant saving in energy.

Cast iron mixers are available in three sizes with power ratings ranging from 1.5 kW to 5.0 kW and propeller diameters from 190 mm to 400 mm. In clean water, the mixing range can be up to 27 m with a vertical influence of up to 7 m above and below the mixer.

Applications in Process and General Industry

SCM mixers can be used in industrial processes for mixing large volumes or keeping particles suspended in storage vessels.
       
    Applications in Water and Wastewater    
    The most common application of SCM submersible mixers is in waste water. The mixers are used in treatment plants and pumping stations for mixing liquours, suspending solids and dissolving crusts.
